I have mixed feelings about all of the POTC movies after the first one, but I remember when I saw this, I was like . I actually thought that was a prosthetic mask with a little CGI but nope, everything about Davy Jones is computer generated except for his eyes. This scene was ILM basically flexing and challenging every other VFX studio. "Look what we can do." The film came out in 2006 and I'm still in awe of this effect in 2020.

Maybe I'll like the live action Aladdin the second time around, wasn't feelin it when I first saw it

I liked it better than I thought I would. The live action Beauty And The Beast was trash.

Watched the live action Aladdin and it brought back a lot of memories of the animated one I had from childhood . Forgot how much some of the songs and the story was ingrained in the back of my mind. Obviously not as good as the original, but was enjoyable enough to watch on Disney+. Movie does have a really candy coated look with a lot of bright colors.

Didn't know Nasim Pedrad was in this or Farouk from Legion
