4. Outsiders say the Previous team fans and New team fans don't know what they are talking about because "Doc River is a great coach"

How has Doc survived all these years is beyond belief. He's a players coach and being a former player guys probably gravitate towards him. But he's had some really talanted teams and it seems every year he has underachieved.

I'll say this about Philly, They only have 2.5 guys who can create their own offense (Embiid, Harden, and Maxey) and do more than one thing at a high level.

The rest of their team are mostly very flawed, very limited role players who provide nothing if their one niche isn't clicking.

Doc is a useless coach but Morey also failed them this past offseason. There's a reason why House Jr was available to be signed. He's trash. There's a reason Trezl never got that big contract. Tucker may bring "toughness" but he's a 5pts 3rebs 4 fouls in 30 minutes type of guy. Niang is fat.

These aren't even "good" pieces for bare minimum heliocentric ball like Jeff Green, Covington, Ariza, and Capella were or like the guys Dallas has.

I always felt Docs strength is motivating less talented teams he imo isn't good at coaching a lot of talent though.

Doc Rivers said he was gonna retire from coaching back in like 2013 when he was still with the Celtics. But then he got offered a fat paycheck from LA and he kept scamming teams since then.

He sucks, he was never a great coach and he possibly cost Celtics a title from his dumb rotations in 2010.

That's exactly how he scams every team. A lotta players love a coach who don't require maximum effort from his players. Just come to training camp, do a lil practice here and there, listen to one of those cliche Doc Rivers speeches and play some basketball. So when playoffs came, every Doc team besides Celtics had no focus in playoffs.
