The foul happened on the shot, after bron jumped into him. He hit his elbow which threw off his shooting motion. A clear foul. You could see it on the replay.

The only problem was that the ref called it late.

nikkas don't even know WHAT was called, and waiting for if the shot is made is actually to your benefit, since if it's made, your own argument would be that the player doesn't pick up the foul.
