Serious question. If the Spurs and Heat win their conferences, does anyone actually think the Heat have a chance against the Spurs? IMO, the only team beating the Spurs are the Celtics. They play very similar styles, similar players, and similar coaches. I'd give the edge to the Spurs as they are more well rounded and the bench is sick. The Heat have LBJ and Wade. Their role players will get shut down. Spurs actually have an inside presence and awesome 3pt shooters so they can spread the floor much better than Boston. Miami is struggling against the half-court D vs Boston so imagine how much harder it will be with a slightly more athletic Spurs team? I'm predicting Spurs take it 4-1. Miami will win one just based off the skill of LBJ and Wade but I don't think they can take this series.

Say what you want about youth or athleticism OP, but the Celtics had the 2nd best defense this year and San Antone is below average on D. If the Heat play great defense and close in on their 3 pt shooters and rotate effectively on the PnR, they can pull it out. It'll be tough a series though. Even though im a die-hard heat fan, my gut feeling says the spurs will pull it out.

Without Bosh they have no chance, but with him they match-up nicely with the Spurs, especially when they go small. The biggest problem for the Heat is that their 3 point defense has been suspect all year since they load to the paint and concede the 3 to protect the paint. They have a better chance of beating the Spurs than anyone else, but only if Bosh plays.

the celtics also dont have there best defender on the team and are one of the worse rebounding teams in the nba.


the heat have a chance with bosh but if he dosent come back i cant see them winning, he is the only person who could somewhat contain duncan.

the spurs are way too deep to lose to just bron and wade.
