Half the time they ignore his sets anyway and do whatever they want. He's just incapable of motivating Superstars because they don't respect him. Riley needs to swallow his pride and hire Phil Jackson because these guys don't have an killer instinct. Wade cares more about those fruity outfits than performing in the clutch.
