Like I said breh, Tokido never experienced a Bison player on X's level. X's has to play Akumas and Cammys constantly. That's Japan's main problem, they always get their shyt pushed in by characters they look down on.

same shyt happened with Tokido/Daigo/Nemo and Birdie. Mena RD ran a train on them because they don't play Birdie players as good as Mena was. (Before the nerfs)
