well mena won two capcom cups in sf5True. But this isn't some prisoner of the moment statement. He's the modern day GOAT. No one has done the feats he's accomplished. He's the first ever to do the trifecta - EVO, EVO Japan (2x) and Capcom Cup (2x). Let him fukk around and win EWC finals and EVO France.... and you literally can't tell him shyt

however the rest of his major tournament wins like this evo
came in a game like sf6
which alot of people considered this game to be bullshyt
regardless how bullshyt you think a game is, and I consider 6 pretty ass beating 5 thousand other people is legit.

He's top 5 and I don't see how you cold argue it. He's beaten others that people consider GOATs like Tokido, Xiao Hai, Xian, Daigo, Kazunoko, Itazan, and more at the HIGHEST level.
He has Evo Japan, Evo, 2x Capcom Cup, Street Fighter League, and more....like...the only thing he doesn't have is the volume of a JWong. But I'd argue that the level of competition that Mena is in is significantly higher.

Kakeru looked like he wanted to commit that. He then probably rememebered he won the one that mattered and the hundreds of thousands in change he has left from winning CC. Mena had the performance of a lifetime and probably didn't crack 50 Gs. Evo is ass now.

Yea I think Punk said he got 13k last year for winning and that field was huge. CC and EWC are clearing Evo in everything but prestige but that's probably gonna change soon with the Evo expansion.
Love him or hate him Mena is certified now, he could retire tomorrow and he'd go down as a GOAT. Personally I think he's in the exclusive Wong Daigo tier now. People like Sonicfox and GO1 are a tier or two below them imo.
