So I'm playing the demo...the women's teams are fun. But different they can't shoot or pass as hard but some how it still feels IDK...proper.

Carly Lloyd is a unstoppable complete beast. Morgan and Leroux are blazing fast. Germany's Sacic and Mittag are scoring monsters. And Rapinoe and Heath hardly ever have bad touches.

The mocap is decent too...I'm not upset at the addition of this mode. I only wish the commentary was more robust for the women's game.


As far as the rest of the game. Defenders seem smarter, there are more emergency clearances which make the game feel more authentic and induce some panic moments.

No touch seems OK its excellent for the first touch and playing humans...but it seems like its useless against the CPU.

We been asking for improved defending for years. 15 made for some frustrating moments cuz it was a step backwards. CPU defenders seemed like they just lost interest in defending for you. Pro clubs defenders are the worst

The womens game is more enjoyable than the regular teams because they built it from the ground up. For the men all they did is change sliders and make them default, as expected.

Yeah, it feels bespoke. All the animations are brand new so even the mundane stuff like tackles and easy goals look different. I scored one with Tobin Heath and I swear to god the form looked EXACTLY like her form in real life. I'm kinda impressed by the women's mocap more than the men's. Damn shame the women don't have a full world cup or career mode.

ok so im not the only one...She (tobin) does this weird kinda hunch over when she shoots in real life and i'll be damn...so does the Heath in the game.

EA/FIFA demons been hiding the better game all along...

I'm feeling the demo, I like that teams have different varieties of attacks, things like teams exploiting the space left by wing backs and the overall pace of the game is good. I hope EA don't mess it up with the final release.
