Elway should be fired. No team has a worse QB situation.
Elway needs someone to blame for his ineptitude in acquiring a QB. In the NFL if you don't have a QB you are not winning shyt. Hell, even if you do have a QB it's hard enough to win.
Elway is a know it all narcisist. He's not going to take the L here.

He's gone if we get blown out by the Chiefs with Mahomes starting. I feel for the dude because he's had a horrible qb situation. The defenses demise is greatly overstated. They're the reason we ain't 0-16. They've done great considering all the time they've been on the field and the ammount of short field situations they faced.
I'd personally like to see Vance stick around for at least another year.
He used McCoy as a scapegoat and now he gonna try and blame Vance. Not gonna win any games with Assweiler and Asston Lynch as your qb. I still believe Siemian is the best qb on the roster. We just broke the boy with a garbage Oline.

I don't think anyone is looking at Fangio as a potential HC
it'd ideal for whoever the Bears bring to somehow retain him as DC, but the chances of that happening are unlikely
