Wouldn’t shock me if this is a breakout. The marketing has been consistent and much better than 4.I'm starting to feel like this movie might flop.I hope I'm wrong in that regard. Early WOM is positive.

Yeah, I remember 4 kind of came and went with little to no fanfare which shocked me. I'm glad to see that it's gained a nice following in the last decade though.

I'm prob one of the few who didn't mind Scream 3, yeah it was stupid with her brother, but I never had an issue watching it.

Scream 3 is the worst in the franchise. Due to Columbine, they watered that film down so much it really felt made-for-tv. Lousy bloodless, one stab kills, and weak gags.

3 had some of the worst kills in the series. Ghostface stabbed Roman's girlfriend in the back and threw her down. That was it
If it wasn't for the language, it could probably be PG-13. If they felt pressured by Columbine, they really should have waited a year.
I said it before and I’ll say it again: Scream 3 felt like the most convoluted Scooby-Doo episode ever.
