Idk if Scream can work as a tv show. Its a nice idea but 10 episodes of a who done it, followed by a 2nd season with 14 episodes.

It damn sure didnt work with I Know What You Did Last Summer.

It was its own thing but same premise as far as someone getting hit by a car and them dumping the body.

Yeah I think it already got cancelled. Never checked it, but it seemed all over the place and I heard the suspense factor just wasn’t there like the original.

I watched one episode, or part of one episode of the I Know What You Did Last Summer, it was horrible. I don't know how you fumble so badly with such a great premise. It was unwatchable, the blandness, the colorlessness of the worst of streaming mediocrity on full display.

People love mysteries/thrillers, Maybe not waiting every week now instead of being able to bing it though.

mask aside, the first 2 seasons + tv movie had some interesting ideas, but they clearly didn't know where they were going to go w/ who the killer really was

The mask in the TV show was jarring, but they really tried it with “Ghostface” in a parka.

That’s not Scream, that’s a shytty attempt at I Know What You Did Last Summer.

Radio Silence did the OG and franchise justice, which is all you can ask for. Mikey Madison was the MVP.

It’s based on the book more than the movie. I know what you did last summer was a book first. So it’s just another adaptation of the book. Wasn’t my cup of tea tho. Mostly because all the characters were awful awful people and watching that just bored me
