A man was shot 8 times. He was unarmed. He's in critical condition right now. He hit a cop with a car. The cop has minor abrasions. The unarmed driver was shot 8 times after the car had stopped and the driver was coming out the car.

Some pigs came into my job today. Pigs gotta eat, side bar: why are most cops fat as fukk? Anyway, they cut the line ordered a gang of complicated shyt and kept insulting my coworker while she made it. This Wilbur from Charlotte's Web looking ass devil pig was grumpy his "teammates are in danger."

Boo who bytch, if he cared he would have not gotten the food and went to help his teammates. I do not interact with police. I hate them all. Even the ones in family. They can sense how much I hate them. They stare at me and seem tense.

One on one I will mop a cop. Only reason I avoid them is because I don't have a gun. I ain't going to no man's jail period. And I'm not getting shot in the back running away. I made my decision years ago. fukk twelve.

I'll never forget the day I got pulled over with my homie.

A few years ago, I was driving him to his house from my apartment. So, I make a left, then a right, getting close to his street and just when I was about to make a left turn because his house literally one house from the corner I get pulled over in my 94 Cherokee. One male and female white officer came from their cruiser. Lady at the passenger side, dude on my side. Asked the usually to check my info, then asked to search the whip. I said sure because I don't have nothing to hide, and I wanted no trouble and to just get this over with, drop him off and, go the fukk home breh.

We both set our gatorades down from house earlier and step out. They tell us to sit on the hood of the car while they have their K9 sniff the whip, but shyt started to get serious because, they had 3 more cruisers come to the stop with 3 extra bodies. 5 officers, 1 K9 and 2 black men. :what:We sat and watched the dog walk two laps. I'm just sitting here looking like :francis: and the homie like :shaq2: because, there is nothing to sniff about. Nothing to find. :umad:
The lady cop trying to conversate and kept telling me to relax, but how can I tho? How can I sit here comfortably with 5 pigs with one dog and 4 cars surrounding me and the homie like you really have a reason for this bullshyt. :stopitslime:

After going thru all of this nonsense and them coming up with nothing :comeon:, they finally let us go. Homie told me he was just gonna walk since his house is right up the street. I hop back in the whip smoothly and drive away more smoothly just to be cautious. :wow:

So then 2 minutes later after leaving, I call him to see if he good. Well....
Me: Yo, you left your gatorade. Yo you good bro?:mjcry:
Him: Yeah I'm good, but guess what happen tho?:justwhoo:
Me: What happened?:Tommywhat:
Him: So how about the Mexican cop said to me while I was walking away, "Don't sell your drugs here no more.":dahell:
Me: :ohhh:
Him: And remember I told you about how I was walking from burger king to the house, a cop searched me before I went to work? That's the same one breh.
Me:I forgot you did tell me about that. :dwillhuh:
Him: Yup. :martin:

I never felt so trapped before in my life breh, and from that, I learned that night, is that I should know my rights, stand up more for myself, and be smart. They had no reason to search my whip. I should of said no.

The only thing that was on my mind that night was that if something wrong happened, my mother would be burying her child before she could be buried when her time comes.

That's where you messed up, breh :francis:

Police will ask to search your vehicle. You can decline the search.

Technically, they need a warrant (duly singed by a judge or magistrate) to search your vehicle. You granting them permission to search waives your right from "unreasonable searches and seizures" and security in your "person, houses, papers, and effects" (4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution).

It helps to know (and practice) your rights.

Officer: I want to search your vehicle.
You: Officer, I don't consent to a search of my vehicle.

They will probably continue to pester you with other questions to get you to relent, but you must stand firm .... politely of course.

"A police officer is something I don't give a shyt about, so many reasons to hate them it's hard to pick one out."

Free my little homie fast. His mom is losing her mind.

Yeah after that situation, I made sure to understand everything I need to know and execute my rights on sight.

Yeah after that situation, I made sure to understand everything I need to know and execute my rights on sight.

There is a whole lot more you can do than just that too.

Its pretty amazing just how (and how often) people waive their rights in situations involving law enforcement or government officials.
