Nothing has been shown on this show that would support a people's uprising against Cersei.
Absolutely nothing. She took over and it was like they fired all the King's Landing extras because we got no look into just how the citizens were reacting to this crazy murderous brother fukking lady taking over.

Tyrion telling Dany to make an offer to Cersi to surrender so the people can see she turned it down.

How is that going to happen? There are no random people standing around reporting on what’s going on.

all he gave them was an outline of the events he was planning. D&D then had the freedom to fill shyt in with that outline, hence the fukkery.

As much of a fan as I am of the show, I think the last two seasons have made it pretty clear how integral GRRM’s writing/direction was to the show’s overall success.

The quality is still there, but Game of Thrones hasn’t really been the same since they passed the books.

3. What if Dany does indeed burn KL down and right when she is about to sit on the throne, Arya stabs her from behind

Some things I liked:

- the Winterfell dinner scene was mostly great. I LOVED the juxtaposition that JON is now the Stark at the center of that dinner and whom everybody loves/respects. The show starts with him being the black sheep literally not allowed to sit at the same table as his fam and now the Norf is on his dikk while Bran/Arya/Sansa get ignored.

- Dany's isolation was handled perfectly in this scene. And Varys picking up on it as well. It's diminished by Varys THE MASTER OF WHISPERS spending his next three scenes openly plotting a coup but the initial scene itself was done nicely.

- Sansa/The Hound. I see this scene getting a lot of shyt because of Sandor's dialogue, but it was true to character for me and her response + demeanor was dope, especially when she held his hand.

- Arya/The Hound. This was dope too. We rarely see the Hound laugh but when she said she would probably leave his ass to die again that felt like a deserved laugh on his part.

- Tormund/Jon farewell was dope too.

Furthermore, who’s running things where Sam is from anyway. What happens when Sam comes back? Do they just go “you got it breh”?

I feel like it’d be more realistic for someone to say “this is my shyt now”

well maybe his mom and sister held it down...or wasn't his sister married?

And this is why I HATE how Dany has been treated. Are we REALLY suppose to believe this is all her fault? I agree the writing has been wishy washy. Dany has done nothing wrong instead have helped people including the North and this is how she is repaid? lol. If they make Dany the villain then GOT ending has flopped. Cersei is the mad queen. FOH. Westeros just a bunch of ungrateful sociopathic cacs.

It would seem Weiss and Benioff are full of shyt because in an interview they did just last month they said HBO was willing to give them literally anything they wanted (time, money resources, etc.) to keep the show going:

If anything, all of that proves she IS a mad queen just for giving Tyrion that many chances......you'd think she woulda gotten rid of him after the 3rd time he gave her some bad advice. Not only that but she's the one who hired varys even knowing he's stabbed people in the back before. She even told him that to his face. So she may not be mad as in crazy, she's just mad as in stupid.

But they fukked up her character so much I actually find myself rooting for her now. I always expected her to go crazy but the way they're going about it is just dumb. But I kinda feel like they're not gonna go through with it and give her a happy ending. Like how they had Sansa and Arya "beefing" last season only for them to come together at the end. These writers love to do shyt like that.

It must be some reason for this us mortals just arent seeing(maybe they want to do the spinoffs real quick)
HBO rushes the final season of its hit shows and Showtime has the opposite problem, they just drag out hit shows for waaaaaay too long(Dexter, Shameless,Weeds,etc).
Like clockwork these 2 networks guilty of these 2 sins.
