The criticism is that these same dudes that always glorify other rappers doing shyt suddenly become serious when its gbe

I barely even listen to these cats outside of their hottest joints and I agree that whats happening in the chi is a disgrace, but thats not the point.

it began back when schools were segregated.
when they took students of varying degrees of economic downtrodden conditioning.
into higher scholastic level schooling.
then, allowed resentment and feeling of disenfranchisement.
to go awry in a number of directions from the impoverished, and the ones chosen in that time.

applied knowledge of that discoveryzone period allowed this country.

to further plant seeds of deep rooted resentment.
for generations into both sides.
which created a black have's and have not dynamic.

not really built off of actual hardwork from full reparations.

which extend from a model where the government after slavery gave out select reparations...hence the forty acres and a mule.
then noticed the black plight given full reparations became economically and upwardly mobile.

to venture out of their supposed jurisdiction and land into developed metro areas.

to partake in white establishments, and it caused civil unrest.
in the still slave racist minded townfolks and law makers to change this dynamic.

So what do we end up with here? It personally doesn't highly effect me. I think it's fukked up, but I already knew this kind of senseless violence is a plague that's worsening in the now. I don't want to hear Chief Keef any more or less, per se. I already like a lot of their shlt.

im sorry but you need to post some examples. i mean, yea theres naturally going to be some resentment there, as it is with every race but stuff like this is so overblown.

ive found that 9 times out of 10, if somebody is referred to as a sellout, they either exhibit c00nish ways or are basically nobodies in their neighborhood and dont interact with others much so people tend to assume that theyre uppity. the latter isnt always their fault but my point stands.

ive never seen anybody that looked out for his people & community get shunned or called a sellout.

lets be real, you cant celebrate somebody that you dont know. 90% of the time, the harvard grad is a guy that stayed in the house growing up. so of course we're gonna roll out the red carpet for the homies coming out the bing-bing before we roll out the red carpet for "the guy that lived on one of those blocks down there".
