I've always wondered what exactly is the criteria to win album of the year or any other award at the Grammy's for that matter. Is it record sales? Impact? Radio Play? I know most of the people here is like, who cares, but I think it would go a long way to show how the process is done. I mentioned the same thing last year with the whole Beck album of the year fiasco.

They're voted on by members of the academy. Simple. Beck was suspect and arcade fire.1989 made since because that skinny cac chick ran top 40 radio.
