Still thinking that Pakistan Carrie is playing a longer endgame, I think she is going to be around more than this one season. I think she so high up in ISI that even Hakani is pawn also. Look what she has done so far and the season isn't over yet. Had 3 prisoners released, had Saul humiliated and broken down to his very essence. Caused Lockhart to lose face as a leader and give up valuable assets. Ruined the ambassador career and family. Humbled Carrie and reduced her standing in the CIA. Has Quinn on a Brody style mission where there is almost no chance he will survive. Who knows what her plan is get rid that team and maybe put in her own sleeper cell group. The Pakistan captain had to fall back even.

So the show's transformation into 24: Pakistan is almost complete.
Not that that's necessarily a bad thing
I still miss the subtlety of the first season and parts of 2.
Oh, and I thought what Lockhart did in this ep was wildly out of character and totally unbelievable.
Homeland season 2 and subtlety do not belong in the same sentence together.
Agreed on Lockhart though, his character has been all over the place this season.

Most of this happened because Carrie messed up so bad its not even funny, if Jay Electronica was still around none of this would fly.
Carrie should have never been in charge. What's worst she had to black mail Lockhart to get the post.
Save Saul but let 50 people die & negotiate with terrorists.
Even Saul had nothing say and didn't even hit Carrie with disappointed look as he headed to the airport.

Carrie is such a stupid bytch...I consistently hope she gets killed. I might have to stop watching the show just because I know shes never going to die. I know paki-carrie is not a good person, but I'm out here rooting for her to succeed just to see Carrie fail.

even when they stormed the main CIA room, there was guy literally just standing there waiting to get shot and did the worse "i just got killed" scene I've scene in a wild.

. Good episode but I couldn't buy the part with Lockheart handing over the files like that. It just wouldn't happen that easily. I thought they were going to have everyone in the room hold him back and stop him. That's what they should have done. Knew Quinn's decision to abort the drone strike would come back to haunt him. Don't think he'll make it to the end and I think I know how they might decide to kill him off if they do.
