Nah there was this scene when they were in a cafe with the fukk boy roomate. The roommate left and then she was trying to hold his hand in public like they were trying to keep it secret.
There is another giveaway that they are not related when he goes to her house to pick up medicine and the girl's father doesn't like Ayan's uncle Haqqani and him either for being related to him.
