Ballard is poison. If AR fails his competition is in the next draft. Not another retread.

Jones will never be good enough to elevate Indy but probably delusional enough to think he can. Terrible combo.

Wouldn’t shock me if AR “wins” the starting job only to find out that was a bold-faced lie during the season.

I say that because the optics of having your fourth overall QB get their job snatched by Daniel fukking Jones would be grounds for immediate league-wide shaming and an inevitable firing.

Surely, a GM like Ballard whose seat is already hot won’t let that happen. But the fact that this is even an “open QB competition” is already an embarrassing look for the organization.
