In past 24 hours, 144 Palestinians killed in Gaza: Ministry

Gaza’s Ministry of Health says at least 144 bodies and 560 wounded have arrived at hospitals over the past 24 hours. The toll includes four bodies that were retrieved from under rubble.
Since Israel broke a truce agreed with Hamas in March, at least 5,334 Palestinians have been killed and more than 17,800 have been wounded.
Israel “is once again preventing international and UN organisations from accessing fuel storage sites designated for hospitals, claiming they are located in red zones,” the ministry said, adding that available fuel supplies in hospitals are sufficient for three days.

German minister to Iran: Never too late to negotiate

Germany’s foreign minister has appealed to Iran’s leaders to make credible assurances that it is not seeking a nuclear weapon and to show it is willing to find a negotiated solution as fears mount of further military escalation between Iran and Israel.
“We are still ready to negotiate a solution. However, Iran must act urgently … it is never too late to come to the negotiating table if one comes with sincere intentions,” Johann Wadephul said at a news conference with his Jordanian counterpart.
Iran says it has zero trust in the US and its Western allies following Israel’s surprise attack last week, which came just days before the next round of nuclear negotiations was due to take place.

If you’re just joining us

Here’s a recap of the latest developments:
  • Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has delivered his first televised address since Israel began its attacks on Friday, saying his country “will not surrender to anyone”.
  • Khamenei also warns that any US military intervention in the conflict will be met with “irreparable consequences”.
  • Israeli strikes have hit two Iranian centrifuge production facilities – one in Tehran and one in Kahraj – according to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Israel’s military claims it is “operating freely” in Iranian skies.
  • The Israeli military also says it has shot down 10 Iranian drones in the latest barrages this morning while confirming one of its unmanned aircraft has been downed in Iranian territory.
  • Israeli attacks have also continued to hammer Gaza, where at least 34 people, including 11 seeking aid, have been killed today, according to Wafa, the Palestinian news agency.

Why don't they all huddle up & defend themselves

Because every time they do that, America uses Israel to destroy their armies or destabilize their governments.

Besides, America has co-opted Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf monarchies - destroyed Iraq, helped destroy/co-opt Syria, helped to destabilize Lebanon, and now seeks to destroy/destabilize Iran.

America/Israel don't want to have a strong power in West Asia that can challenge Israel.

The more I watched Trump talk on the plane and at the G8 summit, Dude appears scared to death. Dude is shaken and is definitely not calling the shots. You can tell he is blackmailed and is controlled. At the summit they had a handler there with him and was looking intensively to make sure he says what they want him too.

Health and blackmail... Dude won't be here long.

Asked if US will strike Iran, Trump says, ‘I may do it, I may not do it’

The US president has been speaking to reporters on the lawn of the White House.
Asked if the US was moving closer to striking Iranian nuclear facilities, Trump replied: “I can’t say that … You don’t seriously think I’m going to answer that question.”
“You don’t know that I’m going to even do it. You don’t know. I may do it, I may not do it. I mean, nobody knows what I’m going to do,” he said.
“I can tell you this – Iran’s got a lot of trouble, and they want to negotiate. And I said, ‘Why didn’t you negotiate with me before – all this death and destruction.’ Why didn’t you negotiate? I said to the people, ‘Why didn’t you negotiate with me two weeks ago? You could have done fine. You would have had a country.'”
