Here’s what President Trump said on social media regarding the ceasefire:
CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE! It has been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a Complete and Total CEASEFIRE (in approximately 6 hours from now, when Israel and Iran have wound down and completed their in progress, final missions!), for 12 hours, at which point the War will be considered, ENDED!
Officially, Iran will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 12th Hour, Israel will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 24th Hour, an Official END to THE 12 DAY WAR will be saluted by the World. During each CEASEFIRE, the other side will remain PEACEFUL and RESPECTFUL.
On the assumption that everything works as it should, which it will, I would like to congratulate both Countries, Israel and Iran, on having the Stamina, Courage, and Intelligence to end, what should be called, “THE 12 DAY WAR.”
This is a War that could have gone on for years, and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn’t, and never will! God bless Israel, God bless Iran, God bless the Middle East, God bless the United States of America, and GOD BLESS THE WORLD!

US vice president deflects when asked if administration knows location of Iran’s enriched uranium
From CNN’s Alejandra Jaramillo and Samantha WaldenbergUS Vice President JD Vance sidestepped when asked if the Trump administration knows where Iran’s highly enriched uranium is located during an interview on Fox News.
President Donald Trump has said US strikes on Saturday “completely and totally obliterated” Iran’s nuclear facilities. Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine said Sunday morning that it was “way too early” to comment on whether Iran still retains some nuclear capabilities.
Vance said the location of the uranium wasn’t the important question, adding: “Our goal was to bury the uranium, and I do think the uranium is buried.”
CNN has reported that early assessments raise questions over whether the US destroyed the bulk of the country’s enriched nuclear material with the weekend strikes.
“The goal was to eliminate the enrichment and eliminate their ability to convert that enriched fuel into a nuclear weapon. I actually just, I think that’s an important point,” Vance said.
“If they, in fact, moved the 60% highly enriched uranium, the big concern, and this is, again, what we destroyed, is their ability to enrich uranium, if they have 60% enriched uranium, but they don’t have the ability to enrich it to 90% and further, they don’t have the ability to convert that to a nuclear weapon,” he continued.
Touting the American strikes on Iran as a success, Trump has said numerous times that the key nuclear sites were completely “obliterated,” however, the US appears to have held back its most powerful bombs against one of the three facilities included in the operation, raising questions about whether it finished the job.

Iran would be a fool not to want a ceasefire asap. They've done some damage to Israel but they have been getting lit the fukk up on a daily basis. It isn't sustainable. Their scientists, negotiators, and military leadership aren't even safe in their own homes. Their capacity to launch missiles has been greatly diminished. Their air defences are so fukked that they're basically sitting ducks to Israeli and US air strikes. And to top it off Russia won't even come to their defence because there is a sizeable amount of Russian speaking Israelis.It's not over yet . At the very least both parties are buying more time to tool up. Israel needs to reup on its interceptors and Iran needs time to breathe and strengthen its air defences. The Iranian regime's best hope for survival at this point is to become a vessal state for China. They better capitulate to China or they are fukked.
