I think the simple truth is that this admin and especially Trump have a very simple strategy of basic deception. I mean Trump has said himself various times that not being deceptive is dumb. Such as when news reports on military movement or when previous leaders announced their intentions ahead of time. Thing is I don’t necessarily disagree with this on principle but it seems this belief of his is never really considered by the media and they just report every word out of his mouth when this dude is known to lie his ass off.
The news media out of fear of being biased will never call this out and will simply be a mouth piece of the government unintentionally. But after he said he was going to make a decision in two weeks, I knew he would probably attack in way less than two weeks. The media is easily played by this guy but the thing is it doesn’t take much brain power if you arent just a puppet of government propaganda to tell this was the most likely play.
He is simpleton but the media is dumber. It is simple. If he says he is going to talk he will attack. If he says he will attack all of sudden some phone call happened and he made a great deal and saved the day. It is as easy as that.
