Israeli minister claims attacks set back Iran’s nuclear weapon by two years​

The statements from Foreign Minister Gideon Saar have been reported by the German newspaper Bild.
“According to the assessment we hear, we already delayed for at least two or three years the possibility for them to have a nuclear bomb,” Saar said.
He further indicated Israel had no intention of ceasing its operation.
“We will do everything that we can do there in order to remove this threat,” he said.
Iran has repeatedly denied it is seeking to build a nuclear bomb, long maintaining its nuclear programme is meant only for civilian use.

All reporting previously was the most they could set back was a few weeks. Now it’s 2-3 years?

This seems to follow the trend of saying they’re close then extending the timeline.
