Real shyt though, this dude don’t want to go to war. It’s curtains on 2028 for Republicans if that happens. I think that’s the very last option and they’ll only do it if Iran attacks the U.S directly.

For Iran being only a few weeks out from a bomb, giving them two weeks of room is a whole lot of time. I think they’re stalling and waiting to see these two countries get exhausted and naturally stop fighting however that may happen.

What they’re hoping for: Israel solves the issue on their own. If not and Iran gets the bomb, then oh well.

If anything that’ll make middle-of-the-ground voters low key give them credit for staying out of it. I think the best option for Republicans to do is actually act like they’re name - conservative. Wait it all out. I predict this guy is going to keep rolling back the deadline.

Explosion reported at Norway’s ambassador residence in Tel Aviv

An explosion has occurred at the residence of the Norwegian ambassador to Israel in Tel Aviv, the Norwegian foreign ministry says.
“We have been in contact with the embassy tonight. No staff with the embassy was injured during the incident,” the foreign ministry said in an emailed statement. It did not say what caused the explosion.
In a post on X, Israel’s foreign minister, Gideon Saar, said he spoke a short time ago with ambassador Per Egil Selvaag.
Saar said a grenade had been thrown in Selvaag’s yard, an “dangerous crime” that he condemned.
Norwegian newspaper VG reported that the Norwegian embassy in Tel Aviv was closed on Monday due to the security situation.

Norway has been criticizing Israel a lot lately.

Iran issues evacuation warning to Israel's Channel 14 news offices, state-run media says

From CNN’s Mohammed Tawfeeq
Iran plans to attack the offices of Israel’s Channel 14 news station, which it accuses of being Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s “propaganda channel,” Iran’s state-run Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) said today.

IRIB said Iran will target the television offices in the coming days, urging all workers to evacuate them.

On Monday, the Israeli military attacked the studio complex of Iran’s state news channel IRINN, calling it a “communication center that was being used for military purposes by the Iranian Armed Forces.”

A loud explosion was heard while an anchor was presenting live on air, a live feed showed. The IRIB organization later said one of its workers was killed in the strike.

Bruh, that would be crazy :banderas:

Haven’t they been weeks away from a bomb for years at this point lol?

Iran-backed Shiite militia in Iraq vows to attack US regional bases if Trump decides to enter conflict

From CNN’s Mohammed Tawfeeq
An Iran-backed powerful Shiite militia in Iraq vowed on Thursday to attack US military bases in the Middle East if the Trump administration enters the Israel-Iran conflict.

“We reaffirm, with even greater clarity, that should the United States enter into this war, the deranged (US President Donald) Trump shall forfeit all the trillions he dreams of seizing from this region. Operational plans have been established for that purpose,” Abu Ali al-Askari, the security leader of Kataib Hezbollah, said in a statement today.
“Undoubtedly, American bases throughout the region will become akin to duck-hunting grounds,” the statement added.

Al-Askari also threatened to shut down the Strait of Hormuz between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman, as well as the narrow Bab-el-Mandeb waterway leading into the Red Sea from the south. He went on to say that “oil ports along the Red Sea will cease operation — not to mention the unforeseen surprises that may await its aircraft in the skies.”

More on the militia group: In January 2024, the US said Kataib Hezbollah was likely to have carried out a drone attack that killed three US Army soldiers and wounded more than 30 service members on a small US outpost in Jordan known as Tower 22 near the border with Syria.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella group of a number of Iran-backed militias in the country, including Kataib Hezbollah, said it attacked several targets along the Jordan-Syria border, including the Al-Rukban camp. The camp is in close proximity to the US outpost Tower 22.

Trump said earlier that he will allow two weeks for diplomacy to proceed before deciding whether to launch a strike in Iran.

Yup.

But it’s true: they have enriched 60% uranium (which takes years) and Physics indicates it only takes a few weeks from there to get 90% which is weapons grade and what nuclear bombs use.

So technically, it is true they’re weeks away from a bomb and have been since 2021 when they themselves confirmed they have 60% enriched uranium.

However, that still doesn’t mean they had intentions to build a nuclear weapon nor were they actually building it. That’s the fact that’s being stretched a little.

If anything it’ll be self-fulfilling if they do build one soon because they felt the need to now after being attacked.
