It's like you cats are over looking shyt that's 100% not realistic in favor of complaining about trivial stuff that requires minimal suspension of disbelief.
This is easily the most grounded origin story for Joker in the character's history. If cats want to pick apart this movie....then how the fukk did they enjoy comics or comic movies prior to this?

This is is arguably one of, if not the most grounded comic book movies of all time, which means inserting Batman into this world means he must be just as grounded. Nolan already showed us that. I can't speak for anyone else but I want to see Batman do dope shyt like this
We wouldn't get anything like that in the universe Todd Phillips established.
And I just can't picture this version of Joker having the mental acuity to spar with and outsmart Batman. Watching Bats beat up this mentally ill man for an hour would just feel like bullying
