And people also argue who would beat who one on one when they will never play one on one. Or "Politician X would be better than politician Y as president when none have held the office before."

given that Snyder’s Batman kills people, I’m not entirely sure how the Joker is still alive. Based on everything we’ve seen about him up to B v S, the Joker being alive makes no sense.

I’m just saying. Batman was ready to murder Superman on some potential that he might do some shyt. And he was definitely catching bodies in B v S. And had no issues breaking into a prison to prove a point. So, I’m not sure how the dude who killed his childhood aged partner survives, let alone gets to work with him.....

hey, ya know, I’m too dumb to get Snyder’s genius. I’m sure there’s a great in movie explanation for it.....similar to how Superman can pinpoint Lois lane falling off a building from a mountain, but can’t locate his mom 4 minutes later.

Fell down a DC rabbit hole today, and I’m sorry but I’m about 95% certain this movie is going to suck. Snyder is just a hack, man. I mean that truly. He’s a filmmaking nihilist, and how is that supposed to work with such archetypical characters? Like, the ideologies don’t mesh at all.

People say that he doesn’t get the characters. It’s not that. It’s more egregious than that. He changes the characters to fit his nihilistic world viewpoint. This movie will look cool at points, but will lack soul as most of his films do: because the director doesn’t think anything has objective meaning, and is incapable of separating his beliefs from his work.

what character has he changed? Keep in mind there are several variations of all of these characters considering they have been around for 50+ years. So go ahead and "school me" on this vast knowledge of comic lore you have...
