If you consider those classics than you have very low standards, Winter Soldier is a classic even maybe Civil War.
DC has 3 in my opinion, Superman, Batman 89 and the Dark Knight.

the quality of a movie alone doesn't dictate whether or not it's classic, otherwise classics would just be whatever your favorite movies are


there have been movies FAR BETTER than any superhero movie, OSCAR WINNING movies with FAR SUPERIOR acting, story and drama... that wouldn't be considered classics.

popularity, reputation, notoriety, impact.... those are bigger factors.

spiderman 1 and avengers are movies that transcend the genre.
