So after the int which was totally his fault he runs at the opposing player who picked him off and runs right past him. I get it as a QB you don’t want to tackle him and risk something happening but why bother running right at him just to run past him?

Absolutely, Between his rookie deal and current extension Kyler's already secured $200m guaranteed. The most a top 10 pick from his MLB draft class has gotten is Alec Bohm with $20m so far and he won't be a free agent until 2027 at age 28.

The arbitration/free agency system in baseball is a joke.
