How didn't they put Nick Fury in a BP film? That should be the equivalent of High Treason, High Crimes and Misdemeanors.

That is weird. The timeline started branching out even before he was dead. And was at the end of time. Therefore even with multiple timelines they all would converge at one point, the Citadel. He should know.
