If it's one on one coverage and they not giving me the extra cushion, I'm scoring damn near every time. No matter how man steps they have on me, amari is passing them in the end and scoring more often than not.
I've had nikkas bomb that shyt in me and score plenty of times though.
im getting burned on defense online. and i can't run for shyt. i use the cowboys

We saw that redskin game. Him catching floaters over double coverage when they on him like glue.
The fact you beating him like this means he made zero adjustments to your game plan once you put it to work.
Most people ain't playing real football. They just trying to play a video game. Nah you gotta play real football if you really want to be elite in this game

It's much harder online. Especially against these guys. I think we are in the same league if you're in the coli right?
Anyways speed kills in madden. If they have a 56 rated wide receiver with 96 speed. He's going to kill your 99 rated Cb with 89 speed. Every single time
Now add that to all the rest of your players and you get the point.
If all they do is pass all game, stay in nickel or dime, and put your fastest players on the field to cover theirs.
The best, and hardest, way is to control one of your cbs or linebackers yourself. Most people control the d line and let the comp do the coverage. DONT.
It'll take a lot of practice, but you're going to be much better at seeing that open wr and making adjustments to cover him, than the computer doing it. The computer rarely ever goes off it's planned assignment and picks up the open man.
Put some pressure on the qb too. Mix it up. Eventually he's gonna make mistakes. Just look at a real game. A qb can throw 30 passes, complete 24 and it still be a horrible game with 1-2 ints
Running I haven't figured out yet. But don't be upset with 3-4 yard runs. 3 here, 3 there and it's 3rd and 4 instead of 3rd and 8. If they are constantly blitzing the run, throw quick passes like Brady until they start back in dime and nickel. Then run it on them

Like any online, you got guys in there that's played online since madden 2005 and study YouTube and study guides and all sorts of shyt to get better.

If I could just stop cross n drag routes consistently man I'd be unstoppable. However I hate games when my defenders don't fukkin jump when I'm them on deep balls so we stand there looking stupid.

You have to just figure out who you're facing. If you using the cowboys they run alot of cover 1 2 and 3 irl mostly cover 1,but mix it up. Send a blitz once in awhile. The key with defense is making everything look the same
