the shift into AAU has hurt basketball big time. The goal of AAU isnt to win games- it's to show off individual talent....and when kids get to school the bad habits stick. Watching Providence and Seton Hall play was painful. Coaches need to to a much better job making it clear that bad shots are...bad.
AAU has hurt college basketball, but not more than college basketball has. Other than Iowa State I don't anyone that runs any good sets consistently. And the only reason ISU does is because they had an NBA guy implement it.

Iowa grad here.

I haven't been in the read until now, but I'll show up to take the L.

Had a rough month, but played above potential before that.

My pre-season pick was a bubble team ... So they won one more tournament game than I expected. Wish it could have been better, but oh well. Can't have great football and bball seasons (and apparently can't have any good post-seasons).
