there are far too many timeouts at the college level. should be under 15, under 10, and under 5. And if a coach takes a timeout during what would've been a scheduled TV timeout, then that should also count for the TV timeout. End up coming back from a coach's TO, then a stoppage of play/dead ball happens 20 sec later, and another TV timeout? shyt is annoying.

Gotcha. ..seeding means very little these days. ..just a way to manufacture drama. ..these teams are pretty much all on par with each other. ..and then you have the blue bloods.
