I don't think so. Two things are hurting Syracuse,
- The NCAA is becoming more three point oriented. Syracuse never reacts well to three point shooting. Not to brag about SJU ( I need something to talk about), but Syracuse suffered their worst loss of the season ( 93-60) because SJU just stayed behind the three point line all day. Syracuse can only win against big interior teams. The NCAA is changing rapidly and Syracuse is struggling to catch up.
- The second is the future of coach Boeheim. I know they have Hopkins as his successor, but there's alot of uncertainty around the program. Its going to make SU recruiting problems worse.
