Not really, his game really isn't that elite. He's not a freak athletic like Wall and he's not extremely skilled at PG like Ball. He's going to be a very good NBA player but I don't know about elite but he could, he can score

Lonzo Ball didn't hit a 3 going to his right the entire season. Literally 0 for however many total he ended up with after the tourney. But Fox, who runs the same high PnR as Harden, has no PG skills
