He's not a very good recruiter. Lucky for him, with the firing of Romar, Ollie was able to bring in Chillious who should give a tremendous boost in that area.
But also, hiring Chillious is the reason Makai decommitted, because in order to hire him Ollie had to fire Glen Miller which caused Ashton-Langford to leave.
