I'd take Zach Collins over Justin Jackson 10 times out of 10, and Killian Tillie over anyone else on UNC.

After that there isn't a ton on either side. Tony Bradley is the only other guy who could contribute on UNC, and Williams-Goss for Gonzaga.

Supposedly Collins is seriously leaning towards staying but who knows?
