makes more sense than the SEC doing it. people like shytting on these smaller conferences so when they show out why not remind people they are from a conference you regularly overlook.

I knew Marquette was going to lose this game. The big East media was so focused on SJU they ignored the fact Marquette has been collapsing for weeks now.

in fairness, the SEC was basically a big-budget mid-major basketball conference for a long time.
