yea I think if you click R3 at the staff screen it toggles auto placement.

I checked it out. Sorry for the misunderstanding but what I meant was that when you're in the field and you fulton folks is there a way to send them to the Waiting Room?

The R3 gives you the options of either moving everyone in the waiting room to their best suited or moving everybody else in every list to their best suited area.

I'm trying to have it where whenever I fulton dudes, they end up in the waiting list and then I manually sort them out myself.
