Found a good way to steal a bunch of dudes in FOB though.

1. deploy in someones base. Find a ladder where people have to walk down to get at chew.

Lure someone down there

Fulton them out while conscious and let them scream

Dudes will start coming down the ladder and you can KO evryone that comes down.

Even if you die you still get all them dudes, pause. My FOB bout to be plush.
