Lets say the MITB match is first and she fights Lacey second and someone cashes in. Do they get the Raw belt, SD belt, or both? If she retains and fights Charlotte and they cash in then, which belt is it for or does it make it a triple threat and if Charlotte gets pinned the MITB winner can win both belts?
