Yeah... I retract what I said about it being his last album. But I truly think the delay has to do with Nas wanting to make sure the quality matches his fans'/his own expectations. Especially after 5 years since LIG.

I've always felt like it was the opposite. He made this commitment to Mass Appeal and essentially going "independent" and making the last album with Def Jam but I think he's comfortable with the security of a major

I think we had this discussion before. What about a major gives security? He can do anything they can do for him through Mass Appeal and collect more money because he's Independent.
