Nas will be fine. He's got a bunch of show dates, then we'll see where he goes from there. All that other shyt is light. I'm hoping he drops another album before the year is up but who knows how things will go.

I wish Anthony could sit with him on this stuff. But hes a business manager not a producer or PR guy.


I still think No ID is the guy he needs to role with not only for beats but also I think he talks to how someone should make a record. Like I dont think Nas was kidding when he said "My man Dion says Nas overthinking when he writing"

I'm not the biggest fan of this album either. And that's okay. The Kelis stuff doesn't mean anything to me or his real fans. He can address the allegations the first time anyone asks him publicly. He's either going to say it's not true or no comment. The people who believe that he did it have their mind made up either way. Nas has shown he doesn't need to sell a ton of records to make a living. Look at what he's done in the six years between albums. Nas has been in the game since 91.That shyt is remarkable. I feel like this last project with Ye was done in a relative short amount of time. I think Nas saw teaming up with Kanye as an opportunity to release his final album on Def Jam. I'm eager to see what he has in store for the latest and possibly last chapter of his solo career. I hope he has a ton of music backlogged that will excite us.

Its a tough time right now

Tough time based on what?release LT2 during the holidays.Honestly this album is definitely bottom tier of Nas albums to me shyt is weak.New album next year no Kayne beats would be ideal imo

I am the only one who kinda felt 9th wonder demeanor a little bit disrespecful. It seems he want to remix nas to make a statement, like the beats you spit on are weak. If you collaborate with me you will have great ones.

and the thing is, yeah good stepson was good, but not THAT good. Like his made you look remix was nice but didn't have 1/4 of the raw street energy of the original. same with ether. say what you want about the beat, but the original beat of ether makes you think someone is coming for blood. the remix was good, but it didn't feel like a battle song at all. And most of the beat of godstepson didnt quite fit the accapellas. Like learn to match the right beats to the right lyrics before open your mouth first dummy I can post a lots of remixes far superior to 9th's

The only OUTSTANDING beat on Gods Stepson that is superior to the original is The Cross. Other than that its overrated
