Honestly, i’ve been seeing Nas live since HHID dropped and he’s NEVER had an issue remembering lines. Dude has been incredible every time i’ve seen him, the best probably being One Music fest in 2014 with him and Kendrick Lamar as headliners. Kendrick can perform his ass off too

I saw Nas at Rock The Bells in Miami in 2008, saw him with damian and saw him last week, his show with damian was amazing but his two other shows I saw, dude just forgets his lyrics, idk what to tell yall, Im not a jay z stan or some shyt, I buy the mans album and go to his shows but damn he FORGETS his lyrics, to the point where its mad obvious, idk what to tell yall, maybe its a florida thing?

I was telling shorty, he needs a hypeman, he fumbles his lyrics and was asking the crowd for help.

ok, I didnt go and pay to see Nas last week Thursday in the west palm beach amphitheater, I wasnt sitting on my lawn chair smoking blunts.

it was a facade my imagination.

When I saw him he didnt forget anywhere near 25% of his words.

I saw him twice too and he was sharp, especially for DR. Yo, his rhymes are dense and he doesn't have the studio benefit of having his vocals punched in while on stage. A hype man is necessary but you try spittin rhymes for 45 minutes while walking back an forth on a hot ass stage, sometimes dancing and playing to your fans. Can a nikka just breathe?

No, I'm talking about catching his breath from working the stage and crowd and allowing them to get involved and rap the lyrics as opposed to just forgetting the lyrics.

For example, Mary took two 5-10 minute breaks where he background vocalists and bands did their thing while she did wardrobe change and im assuming got a breather.

He doesn't need to do a 60+ minute set straight thru, have green lantern do an ill mix or something.

When I saw him at Croydon month and a half back, he definetly skipped a few lines to tracks he knows like the back of his hand and does all the time and remembers
