is this real??
The way Nas was flowing on there, had to be
The verse on the official album and this verse are both top tier
Esco restored the feeling with these 2 Omertà verses

Also sounds like he was talking to multiple people on there. One person might have been young noble as well and several others. Young noble has now passed though.I'm not sure. If it is real, there's a part of me that wonders if it was recorded earlier about someone else and then changed due to recent events. The person I had in mind deserved it far more than Jimmy.
What's this I'm hearing about a "secret" verse on Omerta going at Jim0nes

Could it have been for Noble, and he took the verse off cause he died? Anyone know when the verse was recorded, and when did Jim start doing these interviews?
I disagree with this one.I doubt it was for Noble specifically as well as Noble wouldn’t warrant any type of response or attention. Noble dissing Nas was like an an brushing against a Lion.
I disagree with this one.
Noble is the lineage of Pac, someone Nas holds in the highest esteem. EDI Mean said that Nas reached out out to them when he made DRE to make sure they were straight (and I wonder if low-key Noble was just annoyed that he was actually at the Nas/Pac faceoff, but Nas shouted out Napoleon, also there, and Edi, who wasn't there at all).
On top Nas is, outside of the Outlawz/Thug Life and maybe some Bay Area cats like Spice-1, easily one of the biggest Champions of Pac's legacy. He references him on nearly all of his albums.
I absolutely think it registered for Nas that Noble was suddenly dissing the shyt out of him (for something that Jungle said, of all things), and he has right to respond. If I'm not mistaken they also are connected through some of their crews, EDI has a direct line to Nas which is why Noble's actions also caused some strife within the Outlawz.
Legacy wise, I agree that even within the Outlawz Young Noble ranks like 3rd or 4th in stature (and I say that as a fan of all of them, Noble was actually dropping great music the last years), so he's definitely not in Nas' league. He was the last Outlaw, and only really knew Pac for like a year. Nas relationship with Pac was actually longer.
But because of everything mentioned above, I can see that Nas didn't want to let this slide. And for me the key is, "if my words hurt you that wasn't intended", that would not be a reference to Jimmy, but could be a direct reference to Noble.
Nas sends stabs at basically anyone who comes at him eventually. To say Nas WOULDNT respond to Noble is wild af being that u don't know Nas personally to say what he would or wouldn't do and it's also low-key disrespectful to The Outlaws as well to say they ain't worth a response. If u know enough about Nas u would know Nas does and always has done what he wants to do. Noble didn't just diss Nas he was in interviews talking bout killing Nas n shyt. Listening to the verse in full he's def talking to all of them cats with his name in their mouths. It's funny cause I basically knew Nas would address that shyt eventually cause he typically always does in his music. That verse was clearly bout both them nikkas and it's clearly not AI. I don't even know where that AI shyt came from. It doesn't even sound like AI. I actually had the verse but the shyt got taken down from YouTube. Nas doesnt want the verse out for whatever reason. And I'm thinking it's because Noble died.Nas made no disrespectful references to Pac whatsoever (although personally, I think he SHOULD have checked Jungle behind the scenes and made sure Jungle didn’t make anymore crazy public gangsta claims) and Nas always seemed like he’s secure and honest in the stories he tells regarding his dealings with deceased legends like Pac, Big, and Pun. So I wouldn’t think Noble’s ramblings would warrant a response, ESPECIALLY if what you’re saying about him reaching out to EDI Mean and Napoleon before DRE dropped is true. Nas also has a somewhat more personal relationship with those guys that he’s never had with Noble. The diss didn’t make any waves beyond the day it was released and everyone, even Noble kind of swept it under the rug afterward. Just doesn’t seem like something Nas would bother with to drop a 16 over. This is in accordance with him ignoring disses from even slightly higher caliber artists over the years. If you’re not of the ELITE elite Nas ain’t bothering with you.
This is facts and it makes the most sense.I disagree with this one.

Def cause of Noble. It literally makes the most sense. I think it's for Jim too.https://x.com/big_business_/status/1946276539512889482
