but his last few releases always felt like they were lacking

on this one here though...he brought that energy...damn...might be my favorite Nas album since Stillmatic...and I might like it more than Stillmatic, but I'll have to give it awhile longer to know for sure

I can't say what its better than or where it stands in his collection of albums but its dope. His critics have a point, his production is usually average and it leaves people longing for more from him..

His production is on point here. Lyrically he never disappoints.

Damn, off one-listen this could really be the best overall production on a Nas album since Illmatic

Theres a different vibe to it, and some of the hooks didnt hit me, but its really interesting how much instrumentation and melody are in the mix.

Lyrically, its too early to tell but it sounds like Nas as good as ever. He completely goes off

Seriously the production on this is so full, clean just great. Wow. Of course he is killing it but the soundscape is just...I'm really liking this.
