No I.D used the sample first for this Cyhi track, co-produced by Kanye, then he flipped it again for Nas. I bet he felt that this record wasnt being heard by the masses and he had to get a more popular rapper on it, the sample just needs to be heard by everyone. The Cyhi record is dope too, especially that hook.
