Any album or Lost Tape 2 news? Nas and his camp say that he is basically done with the album minus one or two tracks maybe. I wouldn't be surprised if its the lead singe (depending on his approach to releasing the album) or his radio cut. I remember seeing a behind the music with Eminem and his album was ready to go but he needed a lead single. It ended up being that "Real Slim Shady" track. Maybe that's the hold up since Nas is really being patient and trying to put out another classic.

It may not even be a single. He might be holding out for a feature. It could be he's recording until he gets 1-2 songs up to par with the quality that he already has. Who knows

Salaam is hit or miss. I liked the Legendary track and felt like it would've fit perfectly on the ****** album. Of course Made You Look and I Can are certified classics, especially Made You Look. His later work with Nas is better than some of what he did on God's Son.

I hope Nas's new album contains no features. Everyone else is far toooo whack to rhyme with Nas. Jay z included. Someone said that he is possibly waiting on two more tracks to be on par with early work. I can live with that. Bring on the Lost Tapes 2 news too.

Im thinking dude got a situation with Def Jam like Frank did where he wants to release the album but get stream residuals. Wouldnt be surprised if he drops 2 albums back to back when he finally does decide to drop

He has to have enough post LIG material to do so. Just not happening this year though. Would be rather awkward if the album doesn't drop this year but they keep claiming Nas Album Done.

Have y'all heard the original "John Blaze"? I never knew this existed before a few minutes ago. It was a whole different Nas verse. Anyone know if a properly mixed version ever surfaced?
