It succeeds as Greatest Hits. It's a compilation of hits. This wasn't a "Best Of...". I think his greatest hits was a part of the new contract he signed in 2005/2006, so it was something they put together for the holiday season of 2007.

still think it falls short.....without Nas Is Like, Just A Moment, The message, Halftime
even Nastradamas and You owe me
