So Nas had a verse with Blackstar on a Madlib beat but he removed the verse and used most of it for the cure instead. :ohhh:

Obviously, I love the cure so I'm not mad at that but I would really like to hear Nas with Blackstar on Madlib. Kweli said they need to run that back. I think Nas has a relationship with Mos that brought it about?

Do you guys feel like God's Son is starting to get underrated? I don't see it brought up as a classic like that, at least not as much as Stillmatic and The Lost Tapes. Seems like people love individual tracks more than the album itself.

Someone posted a remastered compilation of all the Game and Nas collabs on another site a few months ago.

I got the link if anyone's interested.

Bro this is one of my favorite tracks from this run he's on. One of the best examples of Nas and Hitboy's chemistry, everything about this came together beautifully.

I'm pretty sure one of those LA jazz guys from TPAB added instrumentation here, but I can't remember which one.

Nas confirming the Snoop Dogg story on how they first met in L.A. when a bunch of crips pulled out they straps on Nas :lolbron:
Was this on today's podcast?

Edit :: ok, it is. I thought Burna Boy was the next guest like they announced but I see they changed it to Snoop

This is probably the Nas album I've listened to the most front to back. Only song I skipped every time was "Zone Out".
