This discrimination lawsuit is bogus. All I saw were private text messages exchanged between colleagues. They were talking about the lady that made the claim, but the comments that she is saying were discriminatory weren't directly about her.
The bigger story is why she didn't report the exchange in which she was cussed out. This lawsuit seems like retaliation on her part and it seems like she would have had no case (still doesn't) if she'd reported the argument because it takes two people to argue. She probably wouldn't have said anything if they'd said "these nikkas".
