I think Chef may be next up for the Mass Appeal release. Nas was at the listening session earlier this month and now Rae is saying its done.

I said that same thing to somebody else the other day. This song is actually incredible. It absolutely kills me how New York media and hip hop media didn’t get behind those projects like they should have. Nas and Hit Boy released pure gems.

Went to see Nas with a symphony orchestra last night.
Did Illmatic with the orchestra then some hits with just his band. Even played Spicy, Rare and The Don.
Everyone was seated during the orchestra part but it became a party the second half.
Nas looked extremely happy and was clearly having a great time and loved the crowd reaction.
Have seen Nas more times than I can count in many countries and types of festivals and venues and can say this performance ranked very high. The orchestra breathed a lot of new life into classic songs and they clearly put a lot of work into the arrangements with the live show in mind. He has seemed a little bored playing the same old songs at times in past performances.
Highly recommend catching an orchestra performance if it comes near you.

Did the kennedy center during the illmatic 20 year anniv. run. the natty orchestra x nas was a regal experience. crazy seeing people of all ages and races knowing memory lane word for word. youre in for a goodie.
